Every Court Ritual tee is made with intention - for the moments before the match, after the match, and everything in between. If yours didn't arrive the way it should have, we'll make it right.
What's covered
- Wrong item received — You ordered one thing and received another: wrong size, wrong style, or wrong product. That's on us.
- Damaged or defective — Your tee arrived with a defect or was damaged in transit. Take a couple of photos before reaching out — it helps us resolve things quickly.
How to reach us
Email us at support.courtritual@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase date with your order number and a short description of the issue. For damaged or defective items, attach a photo and we'll handle the rest.
To keep your tee looking as good as the ritual itself, please follow the care instructions included with your order.
